By submitting an enrolment form and payment or purchase order to "Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) Ltd.", the company or organization named agrees to abide by the following conditions: Course Catalogue: Hewlett-Packard (Thailand) Ltd. reserves the right to change or cancel courses in this schedule at any time. Hewlett-Packard will endeavor to give as much notice as possible in the event of courses being cancelled or rescheduled. Payment: Payment can be made by cash or cheque payable to Hewlett - Packard (Thailand) Ltd. on the first day of course commencement. Cancellation Scheduled/Open Enrolment: Customer cancellation or rescheduling made less than 5 working days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course fee. Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 5 working days prior to the class start date. You will be notified at that time of any changes or cancellation. Copyright: Excluding third party course materials, Hewlett-Packard will own all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, title and interest in or pertaining to the courses in the course catalogue and all other services developed by Hewlett-Packard for the purpose of this agreement. No resale, transfer or re-export of the course(s) content is authorized without the prior authorisation of Hewlett-Packard. Cancellation on customer premises: Customer Cancellations or re-scheduling made within 5 working days prior to class commencement will be subject to the 100 % course fee. Prices: Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to change course prices at any time. In the even of such change, confirmed registration will be honored at the original price.
