  1. Training quotation is valid only within 30 days after date of issuance.
  2. HPES requires a valid Purchase Order and/or acceptance of this quote at least 1 month prior to the start of the class.
  3. Customer may issue the P.O. and/or signed quote in advance to reserve training slot for any specified training course.
  4. For those without credit terms with HP, advanced payment is required within 15 days after issuance of signed training quotation.
  5. HP shall issue the invoice to the customer on the first day of training. The invoice is payable within 30 days from the date of the same.
  6. HP reserves the right to cancel and/or postpone the course(s) due to unforseen circumstances.
  7. A replacement attendee may be nominated provided there will be advance notice of not less than 3 days prior to confirmed schedule.
    Otherwise, cancellation charges will be applicable as deemed necessary based on training costs incurred to set-up the course confirmed by customer.
  8. Training venue is located at HP Training center 34F Robinson Summit Bldg. Ayala ave., Makati. HP Education may use other HP designated training venue
    on a case to case basis.
  9. Training conducted on-site other than HP Education designated venue will not include meals.
  10. Participant should comply with all pre-requisite courses and relevant experience required prior to attending the confirmed training course.
  11. Customer should avail the training within 6 months from the HP’s actual receipt of the Purchase Order issued by the customer. At the lapse of the said period, HP shall bill the client for all costs and expenses incurred in relation to the training session regardless of whether the training was delivered or not.
  12. Cancellations should be made at least two (2) calendar weeks prior to the training commencement date. Cancellations made after the said period shall subject the customer to payment of cancellation fee of 100%.
