HP Education Terms & Conditions - Estonia, Lithuania & Latvia


1. PRICES AND TAXES

Open scheduled course prices are specified in the current local published HP Education price list. Prices are published at HP Education Baltic Internet site. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to HP's acceptance of Customer's order. Prices are told in EUR.

Dedicated course prices are specified in the proposal which HP will deliver to customer per request. Prices are told in EUR or in local currency (EUR/LVL/LTL).

Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the course price. 


2. CUSTOMER ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are subject to these terms and acceptance by HP. The order must be issued in written form, either by post, fax, e-mail or via Internet form. The order should include following invoice information: order number (if used by customer), invoice address and company VAT number.

Customer must inform HP names of the dedicated course participants, location address and other requested information well in advance, latest 7 days before the course start date.

Cancellation - Open Scheduled courses. Customer may cancel an ordered course at no charge up to fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course. If ordered course is cancelled less than fourteen (14) calendar days but latest seven (7) calendar days prior to the class start date, HP has the right to charge 50% of the course price. If ordered course is cancelled less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the class start date, HP has the right to charge 100% of the course price.

Cancellation - Dedicated courses. Ordered course should be cancelled no later than twenty one (21) calendar days before the course begins. If ordered course is cancelled later than twenty one (21) calendar days prior to the course, HP has the right to charge 30% of the course price.

Change of delegate - Open schedule courses. Substitution of delegates from the same company is allowed without any charge.


3. PAYMENT

Invoicing will be done after the training course. Customer agrees to pay invoiced amounts within thirty (30) days of HP's invoice date. Late payment interest specified in HP invoice shall apply to all late payments.

Invoicing will be made at local currency (EUR/LVL/LTL). HP accounting rate of the particular month will be used as exchange rate when course price is told in EUR.


4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

HP reserves all IPRs related to its course/training materials to itself. All provided training material is restricted to be used in HP trainings only. 


5. OBLIGATIONS OF HP

HP may select any suitably qualified person(s) including subcontractors to act as course trainer. HP is responsible for the performance of any subcontractors which it appoints.

HP will provide course materials to all course participants.

HP will provide course location at open schedule course.

HP will confirm open scheduled courses no later that fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course. If there are not enough participants, HP cancels course no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the course.


6. FORCE MAJEURE

HP shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivering the course due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond HP's reasonable control.

Should any delay be caused by the default, act or omission of Customer or Customer's servants, agents, employees or subcontractors, then HP may recover any additional costs, charges or expenses incurred by HP as a result of such delay.
