By submitting an enrolment form and payment or purchase order to Hewlett-Packard Australia/NZ Limited (“HP or HP/NZ”), the company or organisation named agrees to abide by the following conditions: | | | |
Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to change or cancel courses in this schedule at any time. Hewlett-Packard will endeavor to give as much notice as possible in the event of courses being cancelled or rescheduled. |

Payment shall be made by credit card or cheque one week prior to the commencement of provision of services, or, for HP Account customers, within 30 days from date of invoice. |
| | | |
Customer cancellation or rescheduling made less than 10 working days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course fee. HP reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 10 working days prior to the class start date. You will be notified at that time of any changes or cancellation. |

Excluding third party course materials, HP/HP (NZ) will own all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, title and interest in or pertaining to the courses in the course catalogue and all other services developed by HP/HP (NZ) for the purpose of this agreement. No resale, transfer or re-export of the course(s) content is authorized without the prior authorisation of HP or HP/NZ). |

Customer cancellation or rescheduling made within 10 HP working days prior to class start will be subject to the full course fee. On-demand courses may not be available in all locations. |

Hewlett-Packard reserves the right to change course prices at any time. In the even of such change, confirmed registration will be honored at the original price. Registrations confirmed by a purchase order with in 30 days of a price increase will also be honored at the original price. Prices are exclusive of GST, value added or like taxes, or customs duties. Such taxes & duties, when applicable, will be added to HP’s invoices. |

To the extent allowed by local law:
(i) HP’s liability, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise is limited to damages for bodily injury; direct damages to tangible property up to a limit of $1 million; and other direct damages for any claim based on a material breach of the Services up to an aggregate for all claims of $1million or the amount paid to HP for the Services, whichever is less;
(ii) in no event will HP or its affiliates, subcontractors or suppliers be liable for any incidental, indirect, special consequential damages; and
(iii) the remedies contained in these terms and conditions are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies. |
