HP Education Services' on-line reservation process works like this:
Tour around this web site and select the class you wish to attend
Select the 'Reserve' link alongside the class
Complete the information asked for, including the names of the attendees
Press the button to send these details to Hewlett-Packard
Hewlett-Packard will promptly respond with a form for you to sign
Receipt of the signed form and associated purchase order establishes your place in the classes
Please note: Reservations are only valid for a period of 10 working days from the date of booking. In order to confirm your place on any class we will require a completed booking form along with either a purchase order or contact details to take a credit card payment over the phone. Should these details not be received within this timeframe we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
