The course is available to those who are ITIL V2 Manager qualified or who have already gained a total of 17 credits.
Based on the new credit system, a V2 Manager with 17 credits will gain 5 credits upon passing ITIL Manager V3 Bridge exams meeting the requirement of 22 credits needed to gain “ITIL Expert” recognition.
