	Overview

	This 2-day instructor led training course covers the advanced configuration and troubleshooting of the HP Remote Graphics (RGS) software in an HP Blade Workstation or Consolidated Client Infrastructure (CCI)solution. While the concepts presented here may be applicable to other environments in which RGS may be used, all course labs and examples will involve one of these two environments. Be sure to check with your training manager or the course scheduler to ensure that the delivery you choose covers the target environment that you support. Audience

•	This course is intended for customer pre-sales and post-sales support, C&I personnel, system architects and service engineers who will be providing for deployments of the HP Blade Workstation Solution or CCI

Prerequisites

Students must have attended a previous instructor led training course on the CCI or HP Blade Workstation Solution and this must match the target environment of this course. The following courses meet this prerequisite for deliveries using Workstation Blade labs:-

•	HP Blade Workstation Solution Course HG759S

•	or Consolidated Client Infrastructure - Configuation and Management U869S

The following HP Education training courses will also be beneficial for background Skills:-

•	HP Insight Control Environment Foundation HE643S

•	HP BladeSystem Administration (or) equivalent knowledge. HE646S

After completing this course, you should be able to:-

•	Describe how HP RGS is implemented in the HP Blade Workstation Solution or HP Consolidated Client Infrastructure.

•	Perform advanced configuration of HP RGS for the target environments.

•	Troubleshoot problems in an HP RGS installation.

•	Describe advanced features and functionality of HP RGS.

•	Discuss RGS performance.

•	Customize an HP RGS implementation.
