This course is also appropriate for those involved in the service and support of the solution.

| No formal Blade experience or knowledge is required, but before taking this class you should be able to:
| • | Demonstrate knowledge of key networking concepts in a Windows server environment to include TCP/IP networking.

| • | Demonstrate knowledge of key components of Windows 2003 Advanced or Standard Edition Advanced or Standard Edition Server platform.
|
| • | Describe benefits of ProLiant Essentials Foundation Pack components
|
| • | Create, capture, and deploy an image on a Blade PC and a Thin Client using Altiris/Rapid Deployment Pack (RDP).
