	Overview

	This 3-day course is designed to be a technical experience of the HP Thin Client Solution. This course gives a summary of the remote computing functions, gives the criteria for matching clients to customer requirements, instructs the appropriate identification and utilization of technology for a customer demonstration and details information on each operating system and client implementation. Audience

•	Individuals participating in this course should be those who are required to have a technical knowledge of the HP Thin Client Solution.

Prerequisites

•	Demonstrate knowledge of Windows and Remote Desktop Protocol

•	Perform Windows 2003 Server administrative tasks

•	Demonstrate knowledge of Windows 2003 Server platform key components including: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, FTP

•	Demonstrate knowledge of network infrastructure concepts and definitions, standard TCP/IP networking and associated concepts (DNS, DHCP, FTP)

•	Understand Altiris client imaging
