 | Obsahem tohoto školení je úvod do základů řízení IT služeb (IT Service Management) (ITSM) na základě verze 3 soustavy nejlepších postupů řízení ITIL®. Popisuje klíčové pojmy, procesy, funkce a úlohy životního cyklu služby ITIL® . Na interaktivní výuce založené školení sestává z lekcí a zábavné simulace závodu HP Race to Results Service Management, jež napomáhají vybudovat dobrou znalost a chápání hlavních aspektů ITIL® V3. Školení je pro účastníky přípravou na složení certifikační zkoušky ITIL® V3 Foundation.
Po absolvování tohoto kurzu můžete získat 22,5 PDU.
Stejnou látku obsahuje také školení HF421S, které je o den kratší a neobsahuje simulační hru. Varianta školení HF421X je nicméně doporučná, vzhledem k tomu, že pomáhá účastníkům formou hry lépe pochopit probíranou teorii.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course introduces the fundamentals of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®). It describes the key concepts, processes, functions and roles of the ITIL® service lifecycle. The course is made up of lectures and the exciting, hands-on HP Race to Results Service Management Simulation, which provides an interactive learning experience. This results in good awareness and comprehension of the main aspects of ITIL®. The course prepares attendees for the ITIL® V3 Foundation Certificate examination.You could obtain 22,5 PDU (Professional Development Units) after you have attained this course. Note: The price of the exam EXO-101 ITIL® Foundation Certificate in ITSM V3 is not included. The price of the exam is 4.305 CZK. |  |
