	Overview

	This 3-day course introduces the concepts of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It describes the IT Service Management Lifecycle. It also provides a set of specialized organizational capabilities for providing value to customers in the form of services. At the end of the course it is possible to participate to ITIL Foundation exam. NOTE: Exam is not included in the course price, price of the exam is 150 euros. Course language is English.

	Audience

	All IT Staff, system and network administrators, managers and executives who are responsible for the delivery of IT services in an organization.

Prerequisites

•	Experience and knowledge of IT computing environments are useful but not essential
