Upgrade Courses from Version 2 to Version 3
These courses are designed to help customers understand the differences between ITIL V2 and V3 and have no examinations associated.

• ITIL v.3 Foundation Bridge (includes exam) (HE785S). ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge (includes exam) which is one-day course is ideal for participants who already have an ITIL Foundation certificate.

• Bridge Qualification: ITIL V2 Manager to ITIL V3 Diploma (includes exam) (HF436s). This 4-day course plus 1/2 day exam which provides a management-level update on ITIL V3. It covers those things that are new at ITIL V3 and those things that have significantly changed since ITIL V2. It will prepare students for the ITIL V2 Managers to ITIL V3 Expert/Diploma examination –and successful candidates will be awarded the new ITIL V3 Expert.
