The ITIL  Expert certification requires you to pass exams at three levels, and achieve a minimum of 22 credits to achieve your qualification. Click here to see the Certification Roadmap.

Your first step on this path will be to pass your ITIL Foundation in IT Service Mangement examination. In so doing you will be awarded 2 credits towards your qualification.

Your next step is to achieve a minimum of 15 credits at the intermediate level. At this level you can choose from a range of LIfecycle  and Capability modules to attend. Passing the corresponding examinations will earn you 3 credits for each Lifecycle examination passed. Passing a Capability examination will earn you 4 credits.

Finally, you will need to prepare to pass the "Managing Across the Lifecyle" examination to complete your ITIL Certification Expert Diploma.
