HP has been offering Education and Training services to our customers for over 30 years in the UK and we are pleased to offer a wide range of subject matters around HP technology and some third party products. Delivery of training can be via a standard scheduled public course, or a closed and fully customised event on a customer site. A wide range of online courses are available and we specialise in the customer department or company wide specific training solution such as technology refresh or new application implementations. As part of the greater HP CarePack Services family of offerings, HP Education Services is pleased to be able to offer its own CarePack products. They are designed to enable our customers to achieve optimum value from their training budget when commited to HP training activities. HP CarePack Total Education:

Conditions and Exclusions
HP Education CarePack is not available for use in conjunction with any other offer. The fund must be consumed within 12 months of activation. The fund is not applicable for use against third party courses that HP may book on your behalf. Standard HP Education Services Terms and Conditions apply to each booking made. In line with HP Software Training moving to the HP Software team, the HP Education TOTAL Education CarePack product purchased after November 1st, 2008 may only be used for training provided by HP Education Services. Applicable courses may be found at http://www.hp.learn or www.hp.com/uk/education. HP TOTAL Education CarePack funds cannot be used for industry events or for training on HP Software products, including training on former HP OpenView, Mercury, and OpsWare products. The advantages are clear. First there is the extra training credit available via the discount scheme. Secondly, if you have a budget you know you will spend across the year with HP, but you do not know the course by course requirement, then the commitment to a CarePack will secure you the discount, that individually purchased would not. Thirdly, when activated, you can monitor the balance through your own web site access userid.
