Course Description

This 3 day course introduces the concepts of IT Services Management (ITSM) based on V3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It describes the IT Service Management Lifecycle. Course Description

This 3-day course teaches students how to manage HP BladeSystem components. An architecture overview will ensure understanding of the components of HP BladeSystem solutions. The BladeSystem Administration components will provide coverage of the: HP Onboard Administrator, HP Virtual Connect, Blade Servers, Storage Blades, and Interconnects. Virtual Connect and Flex-10 are discussed with examples of configuration and simple network setups. This course will help you prep for BladeSystem certification. Note: This course uses HP Virtual Lab for equipment.

VMware : Install, Configure. Manage RM 5,600 per pax

Course Description

This 4-day hands-on training course explores installation, configuration, and management of VMware® vSphere, which consists of VMware ESXi/ESXT, and VMware vCenter Server. Upon completion of this course, you can take the examination to become a VMware Certified Professional. The course is based on ESXi 4.0, ESX 4.0, and vCenter Server 4.0. Best practices and lab exercises are interspersed throughout the course. This course is 50% lecture and 50% hands-on lab.
