HPES ME - Care Pack

Provides you with a credit of education services you can use for all our scheduled courses in any of our education centers and online. More than 3000 courses, from palmtop to Nonstop! It is a flexible, economical, and simple way to purchase training.

HP provides customer now with new care-packs which are based on number of days required . 1 unit = 1 day of public scheduled training for a specific portfolio .

Ø Payment : Payment is due in full, upon placing the initial order.

Ø Duration and end-of-term option : The duration of the HP Care Pack Total Education is 12 months from the date of purchase. An HP Care Pack can be "refilled" anytime during this period but the refilled training funds are subject to the same expiration date. Any unused funds at expiration are forfeited and no extension beyond expiration is permitted.

Ø Eligible products and services : The HP Care Pack Total Education covers  over 200 topics available at HP Education Centers and on-site, and more than 3,000 online courses available at the IT Resource Center web site. 

Ø Course registration and changes : Course registration and availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Standard HP Education Center and HP IT Resource Center terms and conditions apply to HP course cancellations, student withdrawals, and on-site or dedicated delivery cancellations and changes.

Ø Student administration : A valid HP Care Pack account number is required to register a student. You are responsible for ensuring all registrations and orders are correctly identified to HP and ensuring that only authorized people within your organization utilize the agreement.
