HPES EEM - HP Care Pack

As part of the greater HP CarePack Services family of offerings, HP Education Services is pleased to be able to offer its own CarePack products.  They are designed to enable our customers to achieve optimum value from their training budget when commited to HP training activities.

New Day Rate for Portfolio CarePack

HP provides customer with new care-packs which are based on number of days required.

1 unit = 1 day of public scheduled training for a specific portfolio / participant.

Terms & Conditions:

• Payment : Payment is due in full, upon placing the initial order
• Duration and end-of-term option : The duration of the HP Care Pack is 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused funds at expiration are forfeited and no extension beyond expiration is permitted
• Eligible products and services : The HP Care Pack covers over 200 topics available at HP Education Centers and on-site
• Course registration and changes : Course registration and availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Standard HP Education Terms and Conditions apply to HP course cancellations, student withdrawals, and on-site or dedicated delivery cancellations and changes
• Student administration : A valid HP Care Pack account number is required to register a student. You are responsible for ensuring all registrations and orders are correctly identified to HP and ensuring that only authorized people within your organization utilize the agreement
