For over 25 years HP has provided a range of education services worldwide that are now available through both direct and indirect channels. Delivery of training can be via a standard scheduled public course, or a closed and fully customized event on a customer site. As part of HP Care Pack services, customers will be able to have access to over 200 scheduled courses, over 3,000 self-paced online courses, access to HP Virtual Classroom, and over eighty training locations worldwide.

HP Education CarePack Services

As part of the greater HP CarePack Services family of offerings, HP Education Services is pleased to be able to offer its own CarePack products. They are designed to enable our customers to achieve optimum value from their training budget when committed to HP training activities.

There are 2 different HP CarePacks:

1. HP CarePack Total Education

This flexible product allows the customer to realize discount against a sum committed to spend with HP.  It is a pre-payment scheme for which we reward the customer as follows:

2. HP Education Day Rate Care Pack

Besides the HP Total Education Care Pack, a new type of Care Pack has been introduced. Now you can purchase any training within a portfolio for the same rate. The length of the training determines the price. The different types of Packs provide varying day rates for each portfolio.

The rates are as follows:

An example: you want to book a 4-day VMware course. You would purchase this training as following:
4 (days) x € 650,- (HF386E) = € 2600,-

Why buy a HP Education Care Pack?

The advantages are clear.  First there is the extra training credit available via the discount scheme.  Secondly, if you have a budget you know you will spend across the year with HP, but you do not know the course by course requirement, then the commitment to a CarePack will secure you the discount, that individually purchased would not.  Thirdly, when activated, you can monitor the balance through your own web site access userid.
