No booking is necessary, just grab yourself a coffee and settle down to find out all about HP Remotely Assisted Instructional Learning (RAIL). Simply follow the instructions posted below.
It is as easy as 1-2-3 ! 1. Right now: Test your PC client before your desired demo session or class. You will be testing your connectivity to the HP Virtual Rooms and the HP Virtual Labs. The HP virtual room: To test your connection and browser suitability go here: HP virtual training room requirements and just click the here and click the Start Test button The HP virtual lab: To test the HP virtual lab connectivity follow the instructions provided here If you encounter issues while testing these environments before your scheduled event, contact our HP Virtual Delivery Service Desk for assistance. 2. Time of Event: (or maybe two minutes beforehand) Click on the HP Virtual room home page, enter your first and last name in the Name field as well as the following room key in the Key field: EP4DHAAN64. Click the Go button. 3. Once in the Virtual Rooms: There is both sound and a video stream if you have a webcam via your PC. If this is not possible there will be information in the virtual room about the teleconference number and ID for the event.
